Return Eligibility (5 Days)
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.
To qualify:

Product must be unused, sealed, and in saleable condition

Original packaging must be intact

Returns will not be accepted for damages caused due to neglect, misuse, or wear & tear
Once your return request is approved and the tracking details are generated, pickup will be scheduled within 2-4 working days from your location.
Refund Process
After the returned product is picked up and verified:

Your refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days

It will reflect in your linked bank account within 5 working days.
Replacement (If Applicable)
If you choose a replacement and the returned item passes inspection, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Returns requested after the 5-day window will not be accepted.

Used, damaged, or missing-accessory products are not eligible for return.
