Fullstop Return & Refund Policy (5 Days)

At Fullstop, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility (5 Days)

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in saleable condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Returns will not be accepted for damages caused due to neglect, misuse, or wear & tear

Once your return request is approved and the tracking details are generated, pickup will be scheduled within 2-4 working days from your location.


Refund Process

After the returned product is picked up and verified:

  • Your refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days

  • It will reflect in your linked bank account within 5 working days.


Replacement (If Applicable)

If you choose a replacement and the returned item passes inspection, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


Important Notes

  • Returns requested after the 5-day window will not be accepted.

  • Used, damaged, or missing-accessory products are not eligible for return.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment gateway or bank processing speeds.
